The nicest sweater I've ever owned I hover between S and XS usually, but the XS on this item fits me better. I have one in bone in S and one black XS and I really wish they were both XS. The black one is soft and smooth and tailored. Perfect with dressy pants for work, or with jeans for almost anything. The white/bone one isn't see-through for me, as another customer mentioned. Honestly, I hate the thumb holes, so I sewed them up for a more tailored look. For the cost of this sweater, I'm not going to make dirty palm marks or let the fine wool become pulled or pilled. But I look for an excuse to wear these. Love them. I've been waiting for the air to get cooler so I could have an excuse to put them both on. So fine. Not for camping or hiking, these are barely allowed out of the house! September 18, 2012
Incredibly Soft This sweater is amazingly soft. I wore it for three days in a row and it felt just as fresh on day 3 as day 1. Looks very sleek and professional, although at under 5 feet tall and just over 100 lbs an XS was not as form fitting as I was expecting. It's not overly baggy though, it's comfortably loose. Purchased the Athena sweater in Medium as a gift and it seems true to size. The feel of the wool is very soft and almost cashmere like. It is softer than my 2011/2012 Icebreaker 150 base layers. Since it is Icebreakers, it should wear well and resist pilling. It isn't a bulky knit, either, so should keep you warm without making adding "sweater weight" or wasting precious suitcase space. A black V-neck sweater works for a lot of fashion looks and outfits which should make it a good investment. January 4, 2013
White is See Through The shirt was well designed and well made, if a little baggy around the waist. Unfortunately the shirt was entirely see-through, even with a nude bra. Would have kept it but for that - too see through for work. August 30, 2012
