got me through half marathon training and the race I wore these socks while training for a half marathon. When wearing them I never once got a blister and my feet felt comfortable and supported! The one week i didn't wear these was the week I got a blister. I need to buy another pair as I was in a big panic when I thought I had lost them before the actual race.
