Regulates body temp very well!!!

"Road cycling in the So. California mountains in the winter is very tricky. Early starts in high 30's and the afternoon can be high 60's. Layering is a must and this base layer is an important part for regulating body temp on intense climbs. Love it on the climbs! I'm 5'9"", 41"" chest and 163lbs and the medium fit fine. I may be able to go down one size for a tighter fit."
