"Gotta ask who exactly decided to make a size 38 for example suitable for folks in a range from 35. 5-37. 5 inches- which as I am sure you will note does not allow for a comfortable fit at the labelled size. What is the sizing concept for your marketing folks? I have a feeling that you have forgotten that people of all sizes (including, respectfully, average sized Americans) like to wear clothes too."
