Standard Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 30 minutes using the 'Cancel Order' button on either the checkout or account page. After 30 minutes you can no longer cancel your order, but if once delivered you wish to send an item back to us, you can do so free of charge.
Express Delivery:
Due to the expedited nature of the service, it is not possible to cancel or amend express orders.

Sure, you don't have to be registered to place an order. However, if you plan to visit us again, there are benefits to ordering with your own account.
Most of the time, a coupon will not apply to product that is already discounted, as offers can’t be combined. If you’re having trouble, we’re happy to help sort it out, just chat with us.
