Payment

You can pay for your order using credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. We accept most major cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Payment must be made in the currency shown on your order before submitting it.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

If you pay by credit or debit card, you must provide your card details when placing your order. Your card will be charged once your order has been dispatched.

Orders will only be processed once your card issuer has authorised the payment. If authorisation is not received, we will notify you.

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholder by requesting appropriate documentation.

Secure Payments

All credit and debit card transactions on our website are processed by Adyen (UK) Limited, a secure online payment gateway. Your payment details are handled in a secure environment.

We take reasonable care to make our website secure and to prevent fraud. In some cases we may restrict shipping to countries considered to have a higher fraud risk.

Payment by PayPal

If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account where you can log in using your email address and password to confirm the payment.

Other Payment Methods

Some alternative payment methods (APMs), such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or iDeal, may collect payment when your order is confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been made through an APM, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

Payment Processing

Orders are usually shipped once payment has cleared.

If payment is not received within 30 days, your order may be cancelled. Orders paid through other pre-payment methods may be cancelled if payment is not received within 1 day.

Your goods will be delivered to the address provided in your order confirmation. Order documents will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
