"These are now my favorite winter socks for everyday wear. They are the best-fitting wool socks I've ever owned; they're fine enough to be able to wear regular shoes or boots, and they stay in place on my feet and ankles (unlike some wool socks that slide down). I started with 2 pairs last winter and stocked up on 4 more pairs (black and navy) this winter. I just wish they came in more colors. It's also useful that the navy has loden toes to distinguish them from the black!"
