I'm really impressed with icebreaker thermals. The merino wool is soft, warm, and moisture-wicking, keeping me comfortable and dry. They still look great after months of use, they are elite.

My second mid-layer from icebreaker and I'm ditching fleece for good. It's warm but breathable and prevents overheating (unlike polyester fleece that traps your body heat). I've done a bunch of climbs, snowshoeing and snow hiking in my icebreaker and it kept me warm and comfortable.
