"I’ve been an Icebreaker sock fanatic for 10years. Wouldn’t wear anything else. But this new design change I don’t like. Im sending a return and hopefully this is a one off but the inside of the sock is a mess. See photo. The 2 new pairs (only one wash) on the left and an old pair on the right (1 year old). The quality control is a zero. Why is the back of tge icebreaker logo such a mess, let alone the seams. My old pair look better than the new pair. An odd chance is that why move the L and R to tge small toe and not the big toe as always. It make identifying when inside out most annoying."

"I don't have experience with there customer service at icebreaker but if its as good a my experience with a similar brand DT that I would say its pretty much worth trying out. I really like the anatomical shape its makes all the difference for me however they are a little more scratchy than DT socks in my experience. The difference in that regard is extremely minor unless you're into that kind of thing. If the customer service is just as good as DT then I say go for icebreaker. I guess the most important part the designs are less interesting than DT imo. Either way really good sock and I will be buying more of them over the DTs in the future."
