Wear icebreaker, Win New Zealand (the “Initiative”)

Sponsored and promoted by: icebreaker, a division of VF (J) France SAS, a French company with offices in 25-27 rue du Mail, C S 82502, 75086 Paris Cedex 02 (“icebreaker”) in collaboration with [The New Zealand Merino Company Limited (NZM)].

  1. Initiative Name and classification. „WEAR ICEBREAKER. WIN NEW ZEALAND.” ("Initiative") from 19th of October 2025 to 1st of December 2025. 

The Initiative is a sweepstake that allows the winning of the prize described in Section 7 (the “Prize”) of these terms and conditions (“Official Rules”).

  1. Initiative Period.  Initiative begins on 19th October 2025 (“Start Initiative Date”) and ends on 1st December 2025 (“End Initiative Date”)

  2. Eligibility and territory. Open only to legal English residents who are 18 or older.  Employees, officers, directors of icebreaker, its parent company, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and agencies, prize suppliers, and any entities involved with the development, production,or implementation of the Initiative are not eligible to enter or win the prize.  Initiative is offered inthe United Kingdom.

By participating in the Initiative, the participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules immediately after the purchase.

  1. Mechanic -Entry.  During the Initiative Period, to be eligible for entry into the sweepstake, participants must complete a purchase on the icebreaker website https://eu.icebreaker.com/en-gb/home from 19th October 2025 to 1st December 2025. If the purchase is returned, the participant will no longer be eligible to win any prize associated with these Official Rules. The organizer reserves the right to verify the final purchase amount and disqualify any entry that does not meet the minimum spend requirement after returns or adjustments.

  2. Mechanic -Entry Restrictions. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all additional entries and just the first entry in the chronological order will be considered for the purpose of the Initiative.

  3. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected in a random drawing, to be conducted by icebreaker, on 15.12.2025. The winner will be notified by e-mail and provided with full instructions regarding the Prize. To claim the Prize, the winner must submit all required information to icebreaker within five (5) days of receiving the notification, including the personal details of the person he/she chooses accompany him/her. In case the winner expressly declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing.  

If potential winner cannot be reached for any reason despite commercially reasonable efforts made by icebreaker (including failure to receive or respond to winner notification e-mail for any reason, including the winner notification e-mail being classified as “junk” or “SPAM”) or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official. Rules, he/she shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize without compensation of any kind. In case of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing.

  1. Prize, jackpot and delivery of the Prizes. The Prize consists of an all-inclusive 6-days trip to New Zealand for 2 people, which includes:

·       Round-trip airfare to and from New Zealand from 22nd March to 28th March 2026;

·       6 nights’ accommodation in hotel and farm

·       Daily meals and beverages;

·       All transportation expenses during the trip;

·       A curated farm experience, including guided activities.

The Retail Value of the Prize is approximately of Euro 7’000.00 (sever thousand/00)

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE PRIZE, YOU MUST BE COMPLETE A PURCHASE DURING THE INITIATIVE PERIOD AND BE A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.

The Prize will be dispatched only after 110 das from the End Initiative Date, and only if the winner has not returned any part of the products purchased to participate in the Initiative.

Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

No prize transfer except with icebreaker’s permission, which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. All taxes on the value of Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. All unspecified expenses incurred in conjunction with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to incidental expenses, are also the winner’s sole responsibility. No award points, frequent flier miles or like “perks” are available in conjunction with acceptance and use of Prize.

  1. Promotion of the Initiative. The Initiative will be promoted on the website https://eu.icebreaker.com/home and by means of various promotional materials, such as banners on websites.

The integral Official Rules of the Initiative will be available at the icebreaker's registered offices for the whole duration of the Initiative and on the website https://eu.icebreaker.com/home.

  1. Miscellanea.  icebreaker assumes no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with offering the Initiative or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (d) late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged,  inaccessible, stolen, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions/entries, regardless of cause (all of which are void), except where it is caused by either (i) the negligence; or (ii) the fraud; of Icebreaker, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. icebreaker’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Tampering with the Initiative in any manner will result in, to the extent applicable, disqualification from the Initiative, prohibition on participation in future icebreaker Contests/Initiatives/offers; in addition, icebreaker may otherwise seek to protect its rights to the full extent allowed by law. If Icebreaker determines in its sole discretion that the Initiative cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond its control (e.g., computer virus/bug, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, pre-emption/delay/re-scheduling/cancellation/interruption/interference with offering the Initiative), icebreaker may cancel, modify or suspend the Initiative and select the prize winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by icebreaker or otherwise in a fair, appropriate manner, consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action will be posted at the icebreaker website https://eu.icebreaker.com/en-gb/home. icebreaker shall have the right to revoke or modify the modalities of execution of this Initiative for a fair reason upon prior communication to the participants, to be made with the same modalities as those adopted for the communication of this regulation or any similar modality.

By entering this Initiative, the participant acknowledges that icebreaker will process personal data relating to him/her according to the applicable data protection regulations.

By entering this Initiative, the winner:

a. acknowledges that the Prize consists of a trip in New Zealand, which may involve frequent contact with animals such as dogs, sheep, and others;

b. confirms that both the winner and his/her travel companion must hold a valid passport at the time of travel.

  1. Governing Law.  The Initiative and these Official Rules are governed by English law.
