Nice material bad sizing

"I really like the material and the quality. Feels nice. THE SIZING is really bad though; small was too tight on waist and medium too loose in everywhere. At least icebreaker could design an elastic waist."

Nice quality bad sizing

"The quality is nice and different from most hiking pants. I like it but should see how it performs over time. The sizing is really bad, size 30 is too too tight and size 32 is too too loose! I chose to go with 30 because I liked it and it was on sale but I am not really sure about my decision."

Weird Sizing, but Great Pants

"These are my second pair. Fit me very well, but certainly not because of advertised size. I bought a 38"" although my ""real"" waist size is more like 34-35"" max. Hard to guestimate size when ordering from the web site, so best to find a retail store. Or be prepared to return them and try again. Zip pockets have lots of storage space, but things can find their way around to the back and you end up sitting on the items (e. g. phone). I find Icebreaker outerware sizes can be quirky. This is an example. . ."

Nice all round pants

"As other reviewers have mentioned this pant runs small. One size up should do the trick. Outside of that I've been very pleased, great fit in the leg and thighs, quite conducive for the ups and downs of the hiking i do. Also the length is spot on as well. The cuff falls right where my trail runners begin (i am 6' tall). The zippered pockets are handy, especially for a lightweight toque or gloves. Bulky, heavy items like a phone may prove problematic however due to the pockets shape and size. The fabric is a great blend for all but the hottest months, with a great next to skin feel and high breathability. I should note also that the belt loops will only accommodate a one and a half inch belt or smaller."
