RELEASE AND PRIVACY NOTICE FOR USE OF IMAGE

I, the undersigned, declare that I am at least eighteen (18) year old and authorize VF International Sagl, whose registered address is in Via Laveggio 5, 6855 Stabio (Switzerland, (“VF”) to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, disseminate and display in public any image, photograph, recording and audiovisual material containing my name, image, and/or voice (collectively, the “Materials”), collected during the trip in New Zealand in 2026 sponsored and promoted by Icebreaker  (“Trip”), for the Permitted Purposes identified below.

VF can use all or part of the Materials for legitimate business needs and to advertise and promote its image, corporate and brand values, products, trademarks, concepts and points of sale, including through the following activities and communication means (the “Permitted Purposes”):

1.      use on official websites of VF and Icebreaker, posting on social media websites or applications (including, for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok), access through computers and/or mobile devices, and any other means of communication and access existing today or in the future;

2.      use in retail in-store for advertising and publicity purposes VF internal communications, meetings and presentations.

3.      will be entitled to use the Materials for the Permitted Purposes worldwide and in the Universe as identified above and to assign these rights to third parties. I confirm that the possibility to participate to the Trip is a fully satisfactory compensation for the granting of the above rights to VF.

VF International Sagl as data controller, informs you that any personal data that may be contained in the Materials will be processed for the above Permitted Purposes, by electronic and paper means in compliance with any applicable legal requirement. Providing the data for the realization of the Materials is optional, but a refusal to provide the data will make it impossible to participate in the Event. The Materials will only be accessible on a need to know basis by authorized personnel and data processors and will be shared with third parties providing services that are functional to the above identified purposes and legitimate data recipients under applicable laws as well as other VF Group companies, which business names and locations you may find at www.vfc.com. VF Group companies may process your data for marketing purposes above identified. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union with adoption of appropriate safeguards. You may at any moment enforce your privacy rights (such as request access to, update, correct, oppose the processing, request removal) and obtain the updated list of data processors and recipients by contacting VF International Sagl, Via Laveggio 5, 6855, Stabio (CH), privacy_europe@vfc.com.

After having read and fully understood the above privacy notice, for the processing of my personal data by VF for the realization of the Materials and use thereof for the Permitted Purposes, including dissemination and communication to third parties and transfer outside the EU.
