"I use this for any outdoor activity that is going to be cold on the face. Boating and mountain biking in the spring and fall. Definitely wear it while cross country skiing, Usually with a toque and depending on the temperature, from a thin nylon to a heavier wool toque. I really like how it can totally cover over my nose to on the upper lip or chin."

"Beautifully soft - no itching. Lightweight and warm. Nose vent means glasses don't steam up as they do with usual balaclavas. Lovely colour. Perfect for current winter weather. Hat can be worn over it for extra warmth"

"I have never owned a balaclava and I am glad I waited to get a merino one. It's the perfect layer to protect my face on -15C walks. It has a nice long neck cover built in. It rolls up small to fit in a jacket or back pack pocket. Such a vibrant colour!"
